This 8-hour (2 half-days) course is a practical guide to understanding data and using data to answer questions and make decisions.
In this interactive, practical workshop participants will learn how people make decisions using data, the language of data, and how to apply
a simple, structured process that shows you how to answer questions or make decisions with data. Participants will also learn to ask
business-relevant data questions, obtain relevant data, make sense of the data, draw conclusions supported by data, and present results
to stakeholders in a way that promotes action. Participants will apply the structured process using real-world problems they select from

In this 8-hour (2 half-days) course, you will learn how to use data visualization to explore data and communicate insights.
In this practical interactive workshop, participants will learn how to create data visualizations they can use to explore data to find valuable
insights, then accurately and clearly communicate those insights to decision-makers. Participants will learn and apply data visualization
principles and best practices based on academic research and industry experience using the data visualization design process. Participants
will also have the opportunity to bring existing data visualizations on which they can receive feedback from the experienced instructor.

In this 8-hour (2 half-days) course, you will learn how to communicate recommendations from data in a compelling way.
In this practical, interactive workshop participants build on their knowledge of data visualisation principles and best practices by learning the
importance of using narrative structure and storytelling techniques to enhance the way they present their data visualizations to stakeholders.
Participants will work in small groups to prepare and deliver a data story presentation, and receive constructive feedback on their presentation
content and delivery from the experienced facilitator.
